It’s cloudy here today and it’s already rained once, but I couldn’t be happier about it.
We very much need the rain.
So instead of the sun to mark the solstice, I’m posting a pic of these volunteer zinnias. We’re very excited because volunteer plants mean plants that will re-seed, and these are so beautiful!
I especially love the red tinge around the center flower, and the fact that this photo came out of the camera exactly as is.
How are you celebrating the solstice, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere?
